Baby Room
0-18 months
Our Baby Room is a light and airy, self-contained room furnished with special low-level equipment. We pride ourselves on it being a happy and calm environment and staff liaise closely with parents to provide flexible and individual routines so that babies feel settled and secure.
Within our Baby Room we provide separate areas for sleeping, play, meals and nappy changing.
Babies at The Rocking Horse Nursery are given the opportunity to experiment and explore through play and sensory experiences, along with music, singing, messy activities and the use of our outside all-weather surface garden. All activities are overseen by our highly qualified and experienced staff - who always leave time for cuddles and individual attention - and sleeping children are monitored and supervised at all times in a designated quiet area within the Baby Room.
The nursery’s opening times are:
Monday to Friday 8am to 6pm
(Excluding public holidays)
